VCI liquid is a kind of unique water-based anticorrosion liquid, its can prevent metals products from rusting in plain water, sea water, salt water and other strongly corrosive solutions containing sulfide and halogen for a long period. Its also applicable for metal articles antirust for a short time, but its can achieve good long term effect if put articles into sealed condition. In addition, it is extensively applied to the marine as well as to the operation on plain water and sea requiring antirust at low cost. The product added to special microelements may be directly used for producing excellent, efficient and green VCI paper.

Applicable Metals:

The VCI liquid is applicable to ferrous metal, alloy steel, cast iron, copper, brass, bronze, plated metal, zinc and its alloy, chrome and its alloy, cadmium and its alloy, nickel and its alloy, tin and its alloy, aluminum and its alloy, and other metal materials and their products.

Validity of Antirust:

Short-term antirust: two～three weeks (uncovered)

Long-term antirust: above two years (use according to required specifications)

Storage:

With sealed package, it shall be kept in a cool, dry place, away from sunshine and no contact with sources of ignition and corrosive materials. The quality guarantee period shall be twelve months from the date of delivery.
